Adit Jain established IMA India, in 1994. He continues to serve as its Chairman and Editorial Director. Previously he worked with Lazard, an investment bank, as Vice President & Head of M&A. Adit works with forest authorities Madhya Pradesh towards education, community and social initiatives. His foundation sponsors the education of thousands of school children. In 2009, Adit was elected a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, London. A keen wildlife photographer, he travels extensively in the Himalayas and spends time at National Parks in India and East Africa. A keen yachtsman, Adit previously wore India colours having represented the country in international events.

Anuradha is a Partner with DGA-ASG (Dentons Global Advisors) in India where she provides global clients a nuanced understanding of India’s unique cultural, economic, political and regulatory environment. She is the Founder and Dean of the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women, a higher education initiative in management and leadership and Managing Director at the CFO Collective, a boutique media company serving India’s senior finance community. She is a Co-Founder at Samarth - an eldercare company. In 2016 she was selected as a Yale Greenberg Global World Fellow. Anuradha is also an alumnus of the prestigious 'Global Emerging Women Leaders' programme, a joint initiative by Fortune and the US Department of State, and, for her work to empower women, in 2016, she was identified as among 100 Women Achievers by the President of India. Anuradha is passionate about policy and systemic change; and financial independence for women through improved participation in the workforce. Much of what she does loops back to these missions.

Deepa joined the company in 2008 and is the boss in the finance department. She is a perfectionist and a detail oriented individual. She dreams a lot and remembers the minutest details of her dreams too! Her biggest dream is to write a wonder/magic tale for kids. She loves dogs and is a foodie but the one thing she hates is cooking.

Nirupama joined IMA in 2006 and she is the Business Head for the NCR and Pune regions. She also spearheads sponsorships and partnerships for the company. Nirupama is an avid fitness enthusiast. She has run a few half marathons, the toughest one being the Ladakh half marathon in September 2018. Other areas of interest include reading and music.

An IMA veteran, Nita joined the company in 2005. She is the face for the CEO and CHRO peer groups in the southern region. Dedication is her middle name and when not working, she enjoys listening to some classic tunes, reading, and collecting art.

Rajashree joined IMA in 2005 and is an IMA veteran. She is the face of IMA among CFOs in the south, having established the forum in the region. Her attention to detail is unparalleled and she also enjoys the title of “Chief Proofreader”. When not working, she loves to cook up a delicious storm in the kitchen that benefits her colleagues as well!

Seema is the Director and Chief Operating Officer of CFO Collective (an IMA Company). She brings untiring passion and commitment to her role, along with deep insights into business. She is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, research, CXO programme management, consulting and business development. Prior to this, Seema has worked in senior leadership roles at The Economist and Mahindra Consulting. She finds inspiration in nature and loves exploring new trekking trails.

Suraj has been with IMA since 2004 and is based out of the company headquarters in NCR. He has a master’s degree in economics and public policy from Princeton University. Suraj has a deep interest in nature and wildlife and spends as much time as he can in the jungle. He loves to read, watch movies, and explore new destinations - always with two cameras in hand.

Anamika joined IMA in 2022 and leads client retention for the CEO and CFO peer groups in the Pune. She is an ex-hotelier and has spent almost 10 years in hotel industry in different cities. Anamika loves spending time with her family, gardening and exploring and travelling to new places.

Ankita joined in 2017 as a part of the pre-sales team and has now taken on responsibility for client retention on the CEO Forum in the Mumbai. Her liveliness stems from learning new things, travelling to new places, meeting new people and understanding the world around her. She believes that there are not many things that can make a company grow - the way trust and dependability can - and she derives pleasure from being dedicated to both aspects.

Anuj is part of IMA’s Research wing and the brain behind many new ideas in the division. He says he is a sceptical realist who loves to be in the moment, challenge the norms and break some rules. He is a nerd with an unlimited appetite for reading and a compulsive urge to write. In his free time, he is learning to awaken the Buddha within him by observing silence and working on boosting his happiness quotient.

Dolly handles the CEO Forums for Bangalore and Chennai and is based in Bangalore. She considers herself to be focused, meticulous and a team player. On a lighter note, she loves fun, food, travel, music and photography. She believes in the simple philosophy of 'live and let live' and tries to abide by it as much as she can.

Garima is a happy go-getter who loves to enjoy the journey as it comes. She is professionally focused, ethical and skilled in client management.

Hoihnu is part of the team responsible for the speaker outreach at IMA. She is a seasoned journalist with over 15 years of experience with mainstream Indian media. Associated with IMA since November 2013, she quit in 2017, and now is very happy to be back “home” since 2019. Hoihnu loves gardening and listening to interesting human stories.

At IMA India, I have been looking into the expansion and growth of the business for the NCR across all Forums. In a short but successful tenure at IMA I have contributed to the CEO, CFO, CMO and CHRO Forums, giving me the opportunity to better understand and cater to business leadership and ecosystem. I sensitize the business leaders to the valuable insights that our research has to offer and expanded our outreach to different industries. In my line of work I tend to support our relations and enable smooth transition of members from becoming members to tapping into the core potential of our services. As a core member of the business development team, I have been recognized for my perseverance and dedication. Prior to IMA India, I had a successful stint of 6.5 years with American Express as a Territory Manager wherein I was involved in Consumer Acquisitions and was handling a team size of 10. Among the many activities that I engage in when not working, travelling tops them all, followed by painting as a hobby. In my travelogues I tend to try my hands at street photography. When not out of station my weekends include cafe hopping and weekend exploration for popular food.

Megha leads business development efforts for IMA’s CXO peer groups in the NCR region. She loves spending time with her family, travelling and exploring the world. She also loves spending time in mother nature. She is God fearing and loves to hear devotional talks in her me time.

Nirmala has been with IMA since 2007 and is the face of the company in the Hyderabad region, handling both business development and client retention with aplomb. She likes to spend her time in chanting Buddhist Mantras and doing meditations – they help her stay centred and focused. She also believes that a fit body is important for a fit mind. The most fulfilling role for her is being a mother to her 8 year old son.

Pearl is a part of IMA's CXO peer group team and is based out of Mumbai. For over five years, she has been an invaluable asset for IMA. Beyond her sale acumen, she is an avid traveller, finds inspiration in discovering new places and trying out exquisite restaurants around the city. An amateur baker and fitness enthusiast, her journey is a celebration of the delightful confluence of sugar and sweat – a testament to the fact that life's joys are meant to be relished, both in the kitchen and at the gym.

I am an optimistic, candid, responsible, and social person. I believe that mutual cooperation is a way to success and like to help people whenever they seek my help. I am optimistic and ready for any adventurous task. I have a passion to travel across the globe and live life to the fullest. What drives me is the quote: ‘Count Your Blessings’.

Hailing from the City of Joy, Kolkata, Shatakshi secured a bachelor of arts with a major in sociology from Sophia College, Mumbai and a postgraduate certificate in management and liberal arts from the Vedica Scholars Program for Women in Delhi. Sociology has honed her abilities to critically analyse social structures, she questions the norm and thinks creatively. She has previously interned at Bata India and shadowed the Director of People and Culture at Coca-Cola HBC in Romania, where she helped her develop an avid interest in people management.

Seema joined the company in 2009 and is responsible for expansion of IMA CEO and CFO Forums in Mumbai. She loves to spend time with her family and close friends. She also likes to travel and believes that it's food for the soul which is necessary to de-stress and then get back to work with new renewed vigour. She has a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion.

Shraddha is responsible for handling CEO and CFO Forum retention for IMA's Mumbai chapter and is an integral part of the pre-sales team. Her client-first and process-oriented approach helps her to deliver to the best of her potential. Every job is a self-portrait of a person who does it, and hence she lets her work speak for her. She is a mother of two beautiful girls, and a returnee to the corporate world after a long sabbatical. Shraddha is a dancing enthusiast who finds joy in small things. She strongly believes that there is nothing in this world which cannot be achieved with hard-work, good intent and consistency.

Shruthi oversees the comprehensive growth strategy and revenue generation for events sponsorship, CXO engagements, collaborative studies and research-based thought leadership projects. Additionally, she helps orchestrate IMA's offsite meetings for CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and CMOs, meticulously curating each event to surpass expectations and safeguard their reputation as premier CXO gatherings that are recognised throughout the Asia Pacific region. She belongs to a family of travel enthusiasts and puts on her jet-setting shoes, whenever possible.

Sumi is responsible for expanding IMA's CHRO Forum and for client retention for the CFO peer group in Chennai, and works out of Bangalore. This is Sumi’s second stint with IMA, having worked with the organisation between 2008 and 2013 on the India CFO Forum. Sumi is married and has a nine-year-old son. In her break from IMA, she started Piece O' Joy in 2016, a baking hobby turned into a profession.

Sweta is the powerhouse of IMA’s pre-sales team, based out of the NCR. A curious soul, Sweta loves to read and enjoys dancing as it helps her to stay fit. An urge to create a better life constantly drives her to move forward and work harder than ever.

Vidhi is responsible for client retention and expanding the India CEO Forum peer-group. She is always eager to dive in, tackle challenges and find innovative solutions. When she is not sweating it out in the gym, you'll find her exploring new cultures, cuisines and landscapes. She brings this same adventurous spirit to her work.

Yagnya joined IMA in 2022 and is an integral part of the pre-sales team, based out of Mumbai. She has completed her master's in commerce and holds a post-graduation diploma with a specialisation in HR. Before joining IMA, she had a brief stint with SM Associates as a customer service manager. Finding creative solutions to problems is something that she always enjoys. Yagnya derives happiness from connecting with new people, bonding with them, exploring new places, learning new things and helping the known and unknown. She is a sincere and warm-hearted person.

Gurpreet is an accounting and taxation professional and an integral part of IMA’s finance team. A merry soul, he brings life to the office environment. He loves learning & reading languages, searching & understanding religions, and listening and singing some tunes.

Mahender is part of IMA’s finance team based in NCR. He is a silent and steady coworker. He is a cricket enthusiast who follows and plays the game. Mahender also enjoys listening to music.

works as a Research Associate with IMA India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs from O.P. Jindal Global University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management and Liberal Arts from the Vedica Scholar’s Program for Women. She has previously worked for the United Religions Initiative, an international non-profit that works towards inclusive peace-building. She has also contributed as a freelance writer for the Centre for Security and Strategy Studies. Her research interests lie at the intersection of security studies, political economy, development studies. She has a number of publications to her credit where she explores this intersection while also analysing development from a gendered lens. In her free time, Krupa loves to read both fiction and non-fiction. She finds guilty pleasure in baking desserts, exploring new restaurants and finding the best street food in town!

Pooja is a Chartered Accountant in training, with expertise in Finance. Prior to joining IMA in 2022, she worked with a CA firm for 8 years. She is an astute observer, quick learner and an absolute foodie. Pooja enjoys cooking and occasionally posts recipes on her Instagram account. She places a high value on her family, is a God-fearing individual and an absolute believer in karma.

Aishwarya works as a Research Associate with IMA India. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Warwick University. Before joining IMA, she worked with Teach for India as a Teaching and Research Fellow and also co-founded a public-policy-focused social entrepreneurship initiative called Policy Lite. In her previous stint as a consultant in the development sector, she worked with clients such as the World Bank, MNCs and various government agencies. When she is not researching, she is probably catching up on the latest OTT has to offer.

Preeti joined IMA in 2007 and since then she is the backbone of all things that run smoothly in the company, manning administration with ease. Introverted and in sync with nature is how she defines herself. With the external world she communicates more by listening. She starts her day early with introspection, meditation, and yoga. She loves everything about nature and its abundance - the greenery, the rains and the plants.

Vishal is the go to guy at IMA for all things to do with IT and administration. Extremely reliable and dependable, he is one of the happy faces around in the office. When not working, Vishal loves to explore new places and hang around with his friends.

Aastha works as a Research Sssociate at IMA India. She holds a master's degree in international relations from South Asian University. Her research interests include geopolitics, Indian politics and policy as well as international development. Aastha has a creative side, which she channels in producing podcasts and occasionally designing reports for IMA India. A polyglot, a third-culture kid and an avid reader, outside work she enjoys solving crossword puzzles and working on art projects.

Kanchan joined IMA in 2022 and is responsible for expanding the India CFO Forum in Mumbai and the India CHRO Forums in Mumbai and the NCR. She holds a postgraduate certificate in business management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. With over a decade of experience in operations, she has worked with blue-chip companies in the retail and insurance industries. She also has more than 4 years of teaching experience at HR College, Mumbai and has been a faculty in charge along with on ground presence, for the delegation of Student’s International Exchange programmes in Singapore and at UC Berkeley. Kanchan is a seasoned entrepreneur, and a certified yoga trainer from the world-renowned institutes, Face Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Kids Yoga. One of her articles was featured in Mumbai's Mid-Day newspaper. Kanchan enjoys travelling, dancing and designing clothes.

Aishwarya, aka Alpha (of IMA), works as a Research Associate with IMA India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a PGDM from the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women. She has previously worked with organisations that work on the intersection of social impact and financial inclusion. Her one true love is dogs, and no dog would go hungry that happens to be in her 10 km radius. Adding to this, great naps come next in her ‘fav list’.
